Shipping & Returns

Products will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of payment received (not including holidays or weekends) unless other arrangements are made in writing prior to order acceptance.

Transit times may be affected by high volume periods in our warehouse or with the shipper, holidays, weekends, extreme weather, or other extenuating circumstances outside of our control.

Q&A Logistics, llc. reserves the right to adjust shipping charges at the time of order processing to reflect actual cost.

All purchases are considered final. Returns are accepted for defective goods, as well as goods damaged in transit only.
